Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch. Dalwhinnie, Scotland. Founded in 1897. This Single Malt is a subtle, yet distinct Scotch from the Highland Region, with a light nose and tastes of floral, caramel, honey, and a touch of smoke. The finish is very smooth. Dalwhinnie is my Favourite Single Malt Scotch.

A nice punchy rye bottled at 92 proof. It starts with a lot of grain and sourdough. I like the late palate with clove and cinnamon with a touch of spearmint. The last of the finish is honey and vanilla and I think I tasted coconut. :) #WhiskeyMemoirs #Hudson #AmericanWhiskey #Rye #RyeWhiskey #Manhattan
